Shipping Policy

We offer shipping for physical products such as IoT project kits and PracPoint-branded goodies. Digital products such as courses and quizzes are accessible immediately after purchase and are not subject to shipping.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

• Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping to all regions within **India**.

• International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Timeframes

The estimated delivery time for shipped products depends on the shipping method and the destination. Please see below for the expected timeframes:

• **Standard Shipping**: Typically takes **5-7 business days** within India.

• **Expedited Shipping**: For faster delivery, we offer an expedited option which typically takes **2-4 business days** within India.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

• **Standard Shipping**: Typically free or based on order size.

• **Expedited Shipping**: Additional charges apply, and the fee will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within **2-3 business days**. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, customs procedures, or carrier issues. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

7. Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at **support@pracpoint.com**. We will do our best to accommodate any address changes before the order is shipped.

8. Missing or Damaged Items

In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving your product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and either issue a replacement or provide a solution.

If your order was damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damaged goods and packaging and send them to **support@pracpoint.com** for a prompt resolution.

9. Returns/Refunds

•Returns will be allowed only within 3 days of delivery and only in case of manufacturing defects or missing parts. Our support team will verify the same over video call. Returns will be issued after the kit has been received by our production team and verified by them. The customer will need to bear the return shipping cost. No Refunds will be entertained in any situation.

Note - Returns will not be permitted forbattery issues since we ship third-party batteries and do not take ownership of manufacturing defects in this case.

10. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped, cancellation requests post shipping will not be accepted. To cancel an order - please send an email to: support@pracpoint.com with Subject: Order Cancellation-<Order Number>, where Order Number is the actual order number that you received after placing the order. The request will be processed in 5 business days.
